We grow our seedlings in a container called a "Band", which is a square, tall seedling pot (3" x3" x9").  It is sort of like a thin, square one gallon pot.  This is our starting size and there is one plant per pot.  These are not "community pots".  Below are listed species that we have (changes continually) of band sized palms.  But, these are not typically little one leaf seedlings.  Many times they are several years old and equivalent to other grower's 2g or even 5g material.  On some species, these plants might be several feet tall.  Availability changes quite quickly, especially on rare items.  The band size is easily shipped by mail order and helps hold down shipping costs because of less "dirt" weight.  We apologize if we run out of the species you want.
