Many forms trunk-less, but is a trunking form

Pinnate (feather shape).

Suckering/Solitary:

Solitaire (single trunk).

Slow

Height:

Usually under four feet, but are some taller varieties.

Soil requirements:

Likes moisture and good drainage.

Sun Requirements:

Usually filtered light, but can tolerate full sun in some areas

General Description:

A great miniature "filler" palm for that spot where nothing else will fit.

Other Notes:

Long blossoms with beautiful colored fruit.  Very attractive.
