General Description:

A very gorgeous, suckering, thin trunked crown shafted palm that is easy to grow and can be placed in an different types of sun positions.  It is a good grower and fairly dependable.  Specimens are fruiting in the U.S.

Other Notes:

Younger plants have a variety of colors (yellow, red, silver) on the trunks.  Tend toward a gray color when they get larger.  Prominent rings.  A must for all palm gardens!
