 Similar to T. fortunei, probably less than 10 degrees, F.

 Easy, like full sun

 Slow

 Less than ten feet typically.

 Full sun; can die if gets shaded out.

General Description:

 A stiff leaf fan palm that is sought after but possibly is more cold hardy.
