Leaf Type:	Leaves are dark glossy green with a white petiole.
Suckering/Solitary:	Suckering (multiple trunks).
Maintenance:	Palm is an easy grow in areas that do not freeze.
Speed of growth:	Medium to fast grower
Height:	Can grow up to 12 feet +
Soil requirements:	This palm likes a rich sandy soil that drains well.
Sun requirements:	This palm wants partial or filtered sun
General Description:	This is a must have for most areas in Southern California. It is one of the prettiest thin trunked, suckering Dypsis. It definitely worth a try for most palm enthusiasts.
