VISIT TO A LOCAL BOTANICAL GARDEN
PHOTOGRAPHIC TOUR

Recently I visited Sherman Botanical Garden in Corona Del Mar, CA.  This is a small coastal community near Laguna Beach.  What I really enjoy about this garden is their usage of colorful and tropical companion plants.  The garden is meticulously maintained and very attractive.  I thought I'd show some photos of colorful plants.  Included are Bromeliads, Anthurium, Begonias, Camelia, Ligularia, Cyclamen, Violets Alocasia and many other types of plants.  All were being grown outdoors, some in sun and others in filtered light.
