LUSH TROPICAL ALOCASIA EXOTIC, RARE, VARIOUS HEIGHTS AND ALL SO BEAUTIFUL Alocasia are a rather large group of broad leaved suckering plants that are native to Asia and tropical areas of Australia. Most produce rhizomes or tubers and produce suckers at the base of the primary plant. All have exotic and broad leaves that come in an assortment of sizes and colors. Most have prominent veins as shown below. All are exotic and appealing. There are about eighty natural species in the wild and even more hybrids. Many plants below are hybrids developed for beauty. |

PLUMERIA FLOWERING PLANTS AT THE NURSERY Although we are not a specific “Plumeria Nursery”, we do carry Plumeria near continually. We work with a Plumeria enthusiast and get established one gallons from him of various types. These plants, also known as Frangipani, are native to Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean and parts of South America. A key to growing them is to not water them when it’s cold and wet. Plants blossom when warmer, usually late spring to summer. Some will blossom well into late autumn. |
