RECYCLE YOUR USED PLASTIC CONTAINERS -

WE CAN REALLY USE THEM
IT'S GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

I'd like to remind plant enthusiasts to recycle their plastic containers.  We will take them and give you a credit toward any purchase at the nursery - when you drop them off or issue a credit toward a future purchase.  Or, if you just don't know what to do with them and are conservative minded, drop them off at our new nursery location at 1111 Urania Av. in Encinitas, CA. 92024.  We'll put them to good use.  We've been doing this for decades and think it's the right thing to do for the environment.  

We are especially looking for larger pots, 5g and bigger.  Our nursery is plush with one gallon or smaller but really appreciate citrus pots.  We also like bigger pots like 35 gallon or bigger. 
So, don't give them to the garbage man for your local landfill.  Bring them to our nursery - address below.  

The 4th photo below shows the most likely containers you might have - from a band to a 24 inch box, left to right.  The first row of containers shows the sizes we seek the most.  Just load them into your car or truck and drop them off at our Urania address below.  When you do this, we'll calculate a credit to be applied to your present or future purchase of plants.

And, if they are sitting around waiting to go in the trash, drop off your used and soon to be discarded cardboard boxes.  We load customer purchases into them and thus they are recycled from a usage standpoint.  We also recycle old newspapers.  Donating these means we purchase less and this is conservational. 

When you recycle, it also makes you "feel good".
