Suckering, rough, thin trunk.

Leaf type:

Fan, somewhat resembles a Rhapis Palm.  Leaves silver on the underneath surface.

Suckering (multiple trunk).

Maintenance:

Tricky plant to grow.  

Speed of growth:

Slow

Height:

4 feet

Soil requirements:

Well drained.

Sun Requirements:

Filtered light.

General Description:

A unique but difficult plant to grow.  Many have not figured out the right conditions to make this plant thrive.

Other Notes:

Was originally imported and thought to be a Rhapis in the U.S.
