Locality: Madagascar

Cold Hardiness:  To some degree uncertain, but probably about 28 degrees F.

Height:  Tenty-five feet

Soil requirements:  Well drained sandy loam

Sun Requirements:  Coastal, full sun.  Inland, part day sun or strong filtered light

General Description:  Gorgeous single trunk palm with a white crown shaft and trunk diameter six to eight inches.  Arched leaves that are green.  Prominent rings on the turnk.

Other Notes:  If  you can grow this species, it's a knock out palm to grow.
